Welcome to VDCA
Welcome to VDCA

Hi - I am Mark Gerecht, a retired Army Command Sergeant Major and disabled veteran. I want to take this opportunity to thank you for checking out our site. At the VDCA, you're not just a client, you are Family - and we strive to provide timely, accurate, and positive results for all of our family members.

However, we cannot guarantee your results. Each appeal is different and may have unique properties. We treat your appeal as if it were our very own.

Appealing a claim can be a cumbersome process and is usually frustrating. Provide us your medical records, then sit back and allow us to drive the train and coordinate with the VA when required. As brothers and sisters in arms, we walked some of the same ground together. We enjoyed good times, but all suffered through enormous challenges. We have each struggled in our own way. Remember - in war there are no unwounded service members!

So why is VDCA different than other disability claims businesses? First, we are not attorneys. We are accredited claims agents registered with the VA Office of General Counsel. Accredited Agents have to take a certification test over the §38 CFR, and the §38 USC (this is something attorneys do not have to do), and we must attend continuous education sessions at least every two years. I personally try to attend continuing education annually.

As a small business, we can provide individualized assistance to our VDCA family members. We are very detailed in reviewing your papers and work diligently to find all the disabilities you can appeal.

If you need to appeal a VA decision and believe, we can work together as a team and with a positive attitude. Please fill out your application on our website, or email me at MarkG@VDCA.us or call me at 888-317-0091 to discuss your case. This initial call is a FREE consultation designed to help us gain an understanding of your potential appeal and to determine if we can work together to achieve success.

I look forward to working with you and you becoming part of our family!
